You can enter and receive points without staying at any hotels, if you have a MasterCard. Once registered, you can mail a handwritten note up to a maximum of 94 times! 94 entries with a minimum point prize of 500 points=47,000. The odds are also high that at least one of your 94 entries will be a much higher point win. That means you could stay in an Over the water bungalow in Bora Bora just for entering this promo. Those rooms go for over $1,000 a night.

People have reported receiving an email link for every entry. That email link takes you to your free play, where you can win trips to NYC, Paris & other great prizes. But I'm doing it for the free points!
Here's the full rules:
Each entry must be on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and include (hand-printed):
- Your full name
- Complete mailing address
- Day and evening phone numbers
- Valid email address
- IHG member number
- The 1st 6 digits of your MasterCard (just so they can tell you own a MasterCard)
- Date of birth
Entries must be postmarked by February 15, 2016 to qualify. Once an entry is received, you’ll get an email from IHG inviting you to play their online game to win your prize.
There’s 1 in 14 odds of 1000 points, 1 in 28 of 2000 points and 1 in 42 of 5000 points so the total should be higher for 96.
500 points can be bought for about $3 – $3.50 so at least $3 profit per entry!
